Cinnamon Sugar Topping Mix
This is fried dough at its finest. Elephant Ears – or Frying Saucers – are made by frying a large 12″ disk of dough, then smothering it with butter and sugar from our Cinnamon Sugar Topping Mix Pail #8028, It’s a low-cost, great-selling festival treat, and by far among the easiest fun foods to make. Added to flour and water, each Frying Saucer Bag Mix produces 30-32 ears, and cooks well in any shallow fryer (shown here in a #8049D FW-9 Shallow Fryer.) (35-lb. – Case Count: 1)
